KERSTIN LANDSTRÖM DESIGN was founded in 1994 and produces organic wool blankets and throws inspired by Swedish environments, nature and historical heritage. 

The Dalahästen has existed since the 17th century and is the most common symbol of Sweden and Swedish commoner culture. Kurbit painting emerged in Dalarna at the end of the 18th century and was common on both furniture and walls.
