Shipping/Handling Policy

When you place an order with the Swedish Gift Store, we work to have your product delivered as soon as possible. Be aware that shipping services are 3rd parties and we do not have control when actual delivery will be made.

Shipping Providers

We generally send small packages domestically through USPS Priority Mail and large ones via FedEx or UPS. Outside the lower 48 US states packages will be sent through the US Post Office. 

Outside the lower 48 US states will be charged the USA rate plus additional charges that may be required for weight, insurance in Alaska or Hawaii and other US territories.

Rates for USA

Standard shipping rates to all 50 USA states are based on US dollar total billed value of the order* and are as follows:

$0 - $199 = $12.50 | $199 + = Free Shipping

Approximate delivery time 5-7 business days.

*For abnormal sizes and/or weight we reserve the right to change shipping rate. Customers will be notified for any increase in shipping rate and will have the option to cancel order and receive a full refund.

Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories

Approximate delivery time 2-4 weeks.

International

The customer will be charged the cost of shipping and handling and any charges from customs.

Return Policy

Please report any damaged goods to us as soon as you receive your delivery. We will do our best to remedy the situation with replacement, reimbursement or store credit.
