At Swedish Gift Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Scandinavian imports and Nordic-inspired gifts. As a family-owned business, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of the items we curate for our community.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you find your purchase not satisfactory, you can return your item for a prompt refund or store credit.

30-Day Window: We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Any returns after 30 days may receive store credit if the item(s) are still in new condition.

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment.

Damaged Items: If you notice an item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Proof of Purchase: If you do not have a receipt and we cannot verify the purchase, we reserve the right to deny the return. Any accepted returns without proof of purchase will receive store credit.
Online Order Returns
We proudly ship our treasures across the USA, and we want your experience to be seamless.

Missing Packages: If your package is not delivered 24 hours after a delivery confirmation, please contact your local Postmaster to report it missing and let us know right away.

Broken or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please take photos of the damage or the wrong item to send to us via email or text after speaking with us.

Unwanted Items: Change your mind? You may return unwanted items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. While we cannot offer free return shipping, we can purchase a return label for you (with tracking and insurance) and deduct the cost from your refund.

Refund Processing
Refunds are issued upon the return of items or at the discretion of Swedish Gift Store. If you have been issued a refund, please allow up to 14 days for the funds to become available on your credit or debit card.
