Baked according to the original recipe from 1952. The spices are well balanced, and the cookies have a nice crispness. The test winner - Nyåker's gingerbread is baked the same way it has always been made - at home in Västerbotten. We think it's best that way. Year after year, major consumer tests show that we seem to be right. Enjoy.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil (shea, coconut and rapeseed oils, mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, natural flavor), sodium bicarbonate, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, salt. Contains wheat.
