Line Champagne Flute Glass

Line from Kosta Boda has been in production since 1982. The spun glass thread that is applied by hand makes the series unique – and is an excellent example of the quality and craftsmanship of Kosta Glassworks. The mouth-blown champagne glass has an elongated trumpet shape, where its height help preserve the bubbles well. Who says we need such a sharp division between celebration and everyday life? This series is born from the idea that every new day is worth celebrating. Line is mouth-blown at Kosta Glassworks and radiates the same elegance today as when the collection first saw the light of day in 1982. Then and now, the final touch – the iconic, spun glass thread that gave the series its name – is applied by hand, in proud Swedish craft tradition. Line consists of a carafe and several different glasses: wine, tumbler, martini, gin tonic, cognac, champagne, beer and aquavit.
