In-Store Returns

If for any reason you find your purchase not satisfactory you can return your item for a prompt refund or store credit. 

30-Day Returns & Exchanges 

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, with receipt. Items may be exchanged for a different item or returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment. 

Defective or Damaged Item(s)

If you bought an item and noticed it is defective or damaged please contact us within 5 days of purchase.

No Proof of Purchase

If you do not have proof of purchase and we cannot determine if an item was purchased at our store, we reserve the right to deny the return or exchange. Any returns or exchanges accepted without proof of purchase will receive store credit.

Online Returns

Online Orders -  Defective, Broken or Wrong Item(s)

If you received a broken or damaged item or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and take photos of the damage or the wrong item to send to us via email or text after speaking with us.

Online Orders - Unwanted Item(s)

Change your mind about an item? No problem, any item(s) not wanted after receiving them may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund but we can not offer free return shipping. We can purchase a return label for you but will have to charge for the return label with added tracking and insurance.

Received a Refund but I Don’t See the Money Yet

If you recently received a refund for a purchase, please allow up to 5 days for refunds to become available to your credit card or debit card. If you do not see the funds after 5 days please contact us.
