It combines two very Swedish concepts:

• trädgård — garden

• fika — the Swedish cultural ritual of taking a break with coffee and something sweet, a social pause deeply embedded in daily life

So trädgårdsfika literally means having fika in the garden — usually relaxed, summery, and surrounded by flowers, greenery, or an allotment garden atmosphere. Many Swedish cafés even brand themselves as trädgårdscafé (garden café) where you can enjoy fika outdoors
