Salt: Saltverk - Hand Harvested Flaky Sea Salt (90g) 3.17oz Sustainable Salt from the Wesfjords of IcelandFirst I thought the salt was Norwegian and hand packed by Elves. So I ordered from the Swedish gift store because I knew that all Swedes were gifted. Then the sparkly jars of salt were shipped and some how while in transit the Norwegian salt (that was not) turned into Icelandic hand harvested salt crystals. To my amazement Iceland also has Elves and they are so beautiful, but there are only female elves and they are the ones that guide the salt harvesting Icelandic men to the finest ocean waters that have only the best salt within. Now I have in my kitchen, the most wonderful sparkling salt to cook with. And at night I’m my dreams I am visited by sugar plum fairies that tell me stories of elven adventures in Sweden, Iceland and Denmark. Thank you very much for providing a necessary condiment that is special and pure. Robb K
