I managed to break the handle off of Grandma's Norwegian prayer mug. My daughter was bummed, because it was from her Grandmother, and because my daughter got up at her Grandma's memorial service and read the prayer, in both English and Norwegian.

Memory of our daughter

Being of Swedish descent, our daughter loved almond cake.She was diagnosed with breast cancer in California. We live on the east coast, as sick as she was, she requested her mother to make almond cake.
Her mother made numerous cakes , till she passed away 2024. We treasure the memory of the almond cake with this tile and the blonde girl who loved it.
