Many little hearts gathered in a beautifully patterned tin. Baked according to the original recipe from 1952. The spices are well balanced and the cookies have a nice crispness. The test winner - Nyåker gingerbread is baked the way it has always been made - at home in Västerbotten. We think it's best that way.
